I would really like to get into some roleplay with my nation but I don't know where to start or if there is some sort of defacto set of rules I should follow. I've spent a good portion of the afternoon writing a good background and history for my nation. Where should I post that?
If this is posted elsewhere, could someone point in the right direction?

Read every single International Incident sticky. Really. Every one.
That'll really help, and plus, It'll give you some really great ideas. Your history and background is interesting, but in my experience, no one really cares :) . You'd be much better off just posting in threads already made for a while before starting your own, and GOD DO NOT SPAM THREADS. All the sudden a whole bunch of newbs are doing that, and it's making me lose respect for humanity.
