They're really good.

But, this thread is also in the wrong forum. Gameplay might be better.

"world benchmark" is arguably the best status -- it means that your freedoms are the benchmark that they compare everyone else to ("Hey ___, why don't you have the political freedoms Armorall has?"). There are two "higher" ranks, but by then they're over the hill -- I know one of them is "widely abused" ("We are so committed to political freedom that we even let fish cast votes! ...whaddya mean Remote Bigtopia is mostly desert?").

...if anyone cares, my political freedoms are "superb", which (IIRC) is one rank below "world benchmark"

Here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=392208) is the complete list of economic, political and personal freedoms rankings if you're interested. "World Benchmark" is the fourth highest PF level.

High political freedoms mean your citizens have a lot of say in your government, whether through voting, free speech, direct democracy, etc. High personal freedoms mean they can do what they want in private. High economic freedoms mean they don't have to pay a lot of taxes, and business and commerce are not regulated very much by the government.
