1. I want to RP in the NS and II forums, but I normally can't come online until the weekends. Does this mean I shouldn't RP?
2. (I'm sure this has been posted plenty of times, but...) How, exactly, do I get my tax rate under 100%?

Well, I don't RP, so I don't know anything about that end of things. I do know, however, that you need to pick options in your issues that reduce government spending to lower your tax rate. It will probably take a while depending on how long your tax rate has been above 100%, but rumor has it that it can be done. Good luck!

If you start your own RP, it would probably be polite to include a little OOC note that you usually only have access on the weekends, so other people won't be sitting around on Wednesday, wondering where you are. War roleplay, however, would probably be best to avoid, as those tend to move pretty quickly (unless it's a scripted war).
