Does your nation have specific laws in connection with clothing?
What are the clothing customs of your nation?

In laemondae, laws are very strict on clothing and are strongly enforced.
The basic principle is modesty.

All women and girls must wear cloth bonnets and dresses no shorter than ankle length.
Women are expected to wear aprons unless attending religious ceremonies.
all girls under the age of 14 are expected to wear smocks/aprons while at school/at play.
Short sleeves are only permitted in summer.

All men must wear suit style trousers/pants (not tracksuit) and white shirts

All school children must have school crest on their school clothes.

Most of our clothes are similar to those of Amish/Mennonite people who wear plain style clothes.

My nation is a bunch of nudists - clothes are not necessary. You should see our army in action!

my nation, besser stadtheim, stresses on the importance and beauty of the human physique. Clothes have been a sign of social hierarchy and with my government, such oppressive differences are abolished and thus, we are all nudist. We also aim to be closer to nature and our natural rhythm.

In Future-World, clothes are things you put on your body to make sure you don't freeze. That's it.

Clothes are rather nessecary in the USSPP, unless you're in one of the domes. Those have huge heating units and are well insulated.

We've no laws concerning clothing, but various Coscivian ethnic groups have strong customs.

Clothing is all based in the interest of modesty. No cleavage can be shown by girls, that means all tops must be full or high cut. While girls sometimes are permitted to wear overalls without shirts, commando is not looked favorably and overalls must be high and easy fitting, not to tight not to lose. Some skin can be shown, so long as it's a modest amount, like an easy sun dress with bare shoulders. Skirts should not exceed the knee.

Boys don't have as strict of regulations, though they are told to make themselves decent looking when in the presence of girls. When in the presence of young ladies they should ware slacks with a button up shirt.

Most schools are some uniform regulations. Colors vary by school and region.
Uniforms include a modest blouse for girls and a usually optional bonnet. Skirt is usually bellow the knee.

Boys will often ware dark slacks and suspenders. Hat's are also included but are optional.

No, no laws what so ever - There is no gender inequality in my nation and that is what laws concerning clothes represent - keeping one sex or the other as second class. Mostly women.

My Empire is Future Tech and is not located on Earth but the planets they inhabit all fall into the 'earth like' category or have been terraformed to close to that - the founders were originally from Earth.

Clothing is very optional. But then again a good portion of my populace has fur - full time or lunarly imparted or self choice - and some have scales - clothes on a dragon are just soooo impractical.

Clothing is generally worn for environmental or work reasons - but there are many times and places that among the humans / humanoids where/ when nudity is just not by tradition or custom proper/ acceptable. And every one knows that tradition can be stronger than any law.

When it is worn NOT out of necessity, it is for fun and can be very, well flat out, bizarre.

ONNS has no laws stating what one can and cannot wear. The island is made of entirely females so there is no need for modesty. Not to mention the hot weather bears a burden as well as frequent typhoons. The people are poor and dress according to the weather.
