I don't know if this is the right spot for it so yeah sorry.

How can I make a custom title for my nation? I mean I see some nations with The "Military Dictatorship" of _________, But I cannot choose that from the list.

Your nation has to reach over a certain population before you can alter it...I think it's like 100 million or something along those lines, so yeah, you have to wait. When you hit that target population then you'll be able to change it in your settings.

(Or as it says below, 500 million *nod*)

You can add a custom title after your nation reaches 500 million population. That usually takes about 3 months.
