World Assembly Delegate Overwatch

Today I lost my delegacy, and at the update I got a TG from the 'World Assembly Delegate Overwatch' noting the change and thanking me for my service.
But, I'm not sure I like the idea of my delegacy being 'overwatched'! Very sinister...
Tomorrow I will hopefully regain the delegacy, so I will keep my eyes peel for any further activity from this nefarious organization.

Are you certain that that message said "Overwatch", and not "Overwitch"? This could be a new service provided by Dicey Reily... :D

I got one saying 'We note you have now gained the delegacy. The WA welcomes you. Congratulations!' or something like that.
Which is all very nice, but I think they were just trying to lull me into a false sense of security with the opiate of politeness.
