Every time I try to upload my flag, its always too large. I've been using the paint program. What do i need to do to make my flag work?

Try saving it as a jpg or jpeg. They're smaller file formats.

And if it's still too large, you can alter the compression to make it smaller. There are many commercial programs out there, but a free one that I rather like is IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com).

Saving them as .png usually works, too.
