I've been told I need to prove that I can RP well (In order to obtain land in ESR). How?

I'd suggest you TG the organisers with links to RPs you've taken part in, if any, or to other writing you've done. (Just for info, this is not a mod ruling of any sort; mods don't say who gets into RPs and who doesn't.)
