Had a cool idea, was wondering whether this would be allowed within the game rules.
1) I create a region "Civil War"
2) I create 10 accounts all of which will NEVER join the WA. They are all the "disputed territories" of whatever. I invite my friend who has one account to the region.
3) Every weekend there is a simple maths algorithm like population x military budget x populations happiness (morale) against one of the 10 disputed nations mil budget x pop x morale. If my friend's stats are higher then he gets that nation and I email him the password.
I can also do this. The first player to capture all nations wins the region and becomes the permanent leader and has password access to all of the other nations, they become "protectorates" and their motto decries their military occupational allegiance.
4) None of this gameplay would ever spill onto any other regions. This would stay as it is.
5) Again no one would ever join the WA.
Would this be allowed???
