Are there any Australian RP realms or offsite forums or anything that are open, friendly and welcoming to new people?

Ive had a bit of RP experience, but peoples power players and infighting ruined those experiences for me, but now im here to give it a 2nd (or maybe 4th or 5th) chance.

I'm sure there are plenty of Aussies in offsite RP forums, but I've never seen any Australian RP sites, per se.

There are at least a few of us here on NS.

Try doing a regional search. See if there are any Australian based Regions

The player behind the nation of imperial isa is Australian. My puppet Lloegeyr is vaguely Oz. Ariddia lived in Brisbane long enough to absorb the ethos. There are lots more of us around.

Check out "location" under people's names in General, or just do a search for "Australia" in the RP forums.

Salted Crackers, I don't there are any specifically "Australian" regions around but I can't get onto the main NS site to check. There are alot of Australians around here... somewhere.

What i was looking for (and probably should of said at first) wasnt an australia themed RP, but a region or score of austrlians to RP with, whatever the theme.
It just that over the years ive learned that you can get alot more RPing done when everyone is in the same timezone.
