How do i get an endorsement so i can submit a proposal to the WA?

Since this is about the WA, logic would state this should go in the WA section. Regardless, just for future reference, you need other WA members to endorse you.

Members within your region who are also part of the WA endorse you. IF you have the most in the region, you become the delegate.
