National Issue Times
What are the times to get new issues? I put it to 2 issues a day, I got one when the day started, but its already 2:22 PM (Eastern) and I still haven't got my next issue. What are the times, if its Pacific, Central please let me know.
EDIT: Just saw, I think its 4pm for me, sense this sais its 6pm and its 2pm here... correct me if I'm wrong.

I get my 2nd issue (which seems to be going walkies since the upgrade) at 7pm and I'm GMT.
it used to be around 2 to 4 AM AM/PM EST, but it's probably been changed since the current update.

You also need to keep in mind the update takes multiple hours, so pinning it down to an exact time for your nation is quite difficult.
