Firstly, what do most RP'ing nations count as a comparison for 1 year in NS and reality? Is it like 4 days = 1 year?

Secondly, I wanted to make sure if my calculation for buying military stuff is correct, NSCalculator reports that my currency is '73.1863 rubles = $1', so therefore I divided my annual military budget of '2,258,158,375.20' by '73.1863' and got 30,854,932! Meaning my annual military budget is only 30.8 million dollars! Is this correct way of doing it?

We use something called Fluid Time. For storefronts its generaly acepted that 1 day=1 year. But if this was a rule for everything, most good RPs would take decades if not centuries. So, for RPs use what suits the RP. For character RPs, a good sized post might only be a few minutes.
