wont the economy destroy the environment though. (the uranium under the lake comes to mind with that one)

Yeah, it's such a simple little game, this...
Economy will destroy environment, but polluted environment will never influence economy, or ridiculous population growth, for that matter.
Oh well, I can always try getting a life... :p
I dunno, it seems that you can still have a relativly good economy while still having a nice environment. For a while, my nation was "renounded for its" environment or whatever and still had a strong economy. If you have a balence on the economy and environmental desicions, and most of all not go for the extreme choices, it turns out al right. Real hard to do though :headbang:.
