I logged onto my nation today, and it said Frightening under Economy. Is this good or bad.

Also, is there a list or table or something that shows the different Economy levels and what they mean?

It's generally considered to be a good thing. It's the top of the scale, from imploded, through poor, good, powerhouse, etc, through to frightening.
