I have set up a region called MONUTOPIA (it is all capitals). I want as many people to koin as possible, I don't care who what or how your nation is. I don't care if your a communist or a democracy. We want you. I just want this region to be a filled friendly atmosphere.

I am in a region called "We Stand Alone". Its basically a region for nations that don't want to belong to regions where rules or regulations govern member states. There is no big brother watching over you. No regional delegate to boot you for violating terms. You are free to do whatever you wish.
So if you are independent, but want to belong to a region for greater security, etc. We Stand Alone is a good choice.
