Look for threads on "opening diplomatic relations" and just post as an official or leader of your nation. Or find any labelled "Open" that have only one or two posts in, and post.
If you are especially interested in any that have, say, 10 posts in, and aren't labelled "closed" or "Attn @@nation@@", TG the original poster to ask if you can join.
There are also people who are kind enough to take newbies under their wing. No doubt they'll be in touch.
Please, please, please read the stickies about RPing.

Most people will understand if you are pretty close to English, just go out there and try, I will understand if you get frustrated, don't give up.

Yeah - most of these tranaslators is pertty bad... It's always translate you into plural...Yeap...
In other way - I don't want to create new nation with reason for mistakes!!I want to RP this nation.
I can use illustrations but some information I must write as text.

Tell you what, I will help you with grammar. Just ask me if you need help, I live in the US and I speak English and Spanish, if you are pretty close(to English, which you are) I can help.

You have your plurals a bit out of place, but you're a lot more understandable than you might think. So long as you don't try to use too many analogies, you'll probably do fine. Most people who don't speak English fluently tend to speak what they can very precisely, like you have been. It may sound a bit odd to us, but we can understand it after a few seconds.
Learning English is a hard task, even for people who speak it all their lives. I think it's the hardest spoken language around, along with Russian.

I just thought. I use Firefox, it has a spell checker, maybe that would help spelling.
