Hey, I was wondering if someone could help me with this question...

Once endorsements in one region have been gathered, would they and the influence they gained be wiped if i moved to another region?

Yes, the endorsement cannot travel with you to another region (unless of course the endorser moves along with you...).

If memory serves me correctly, you keep the influence you had in that region, but that drains away over time (at what rate, unknown).
