I was thinking the other day..." Man the ooc: side of the IC forums is broken and uncoordinated we need a way to make this better." Then it hit me... How about a pin-pal program something that would allow different N.S.ers from around each forum to be able to write one another to get to know one another better to make the quality of each RP better in the long run. Of course rules will be inplace to keep everything in a professional sense. I will develop this more later.
