I need advice on my nation management

1: My tax rate is 76%, anyone got any advice on that?
2: My private sector only has 14 year old boys selling lemonade on the sidewalk. Anyone got any advice on restoring my private sector

When you get any issues about tax rates, even if tax rates are hinted in them, answer however you want to bring tax rates up or down.

Whenever you get an issue that involves private business, answer the issue in favor of business no matter what the price.

For example, for the one that they want to bulldoze the rain forest for uranium say yes and business goes up. Others include allowing sale of heavy weaponry, nukes, and there's others which don't really come to mind.
