The Black Sea Association (BSA) is a new treaty organization founded by The Free Land of Dacogetia and The Armed Republic of Reycsina. In these early days of establishment, the BSA is seeking to form alliances and bring other nations into the fold. The BSA has established an international forum for all interested parties.
