How do you "refound" a nation?

You must subit a request form to the moderators the best way to find this is to go to the FAQ section on the nationstates homepage and then find the question which says "My nation has vanished!" under the technical section of the FAQ's under that question is a link which will direct you to the correct page and follow the instructions

Do you actually mean 'nation', or did you really intend to say 'region' instead?
