Finding someone in my region (who is now UN delegate) very annoying. So any advice on finding a new region gratefully accepted, or option two, just condemn my nation to cyberspace.

Eh... you could try us at the Asian Continent (http://www.nationstates.net/12232/page=display_region/region=asian_continent). I don't think anyone here is particularly annoying.
