I need some help.

I am trying to come up with a name for a ghetto country. The entire city will be a country, but it will be divided up into regions by districts of the city. I thought of such things as Liberty City and Harlem, but I don't think those go very well. If anyone has an ideas, I'm open to suggestions.

Unfortunately, there's lots of choices if you're wanting to find a historically African-American area that has a bad reputation.

Caprini Green is/was a slums neighborhood (the projects) in Chicago.
I think they are in the process of tearing it down though.
