As a new UN member I have been approached with requests to endorse my UN Delegate. Is this persistent? Can it be withdrawn or repealed later? Can I endorse more than one UN member at a time? How do I obtain endorsements? If I do I understand that I gain more votes in UN Policy Referendums, possibly this allows me to put Proposals before the UN as well.

Thank you sincerely, Gooey Duck, PM of Wetcornnuggets

You can endorse as many as you like and you can withdraw them too.

If you want to remove an endorsement, Display their nation info.

Down where it says "United Nations Status" you can see the "Withdraw your endorsement" link

As a new UN member I have been approached with requests to endorse my UN Delegate. In some regions, you have to do it or they'll kick you out. In other regions, you have a choice. Endorsing your UN delegate gives them more votes in the UN.
Is this persistent? Depends on your region's policy. If there's a UN Delegate election going on, you're going to be canvassed by the candidates until it's over. Can it be withdrawn or repealed later? See The Black Forrest's post. Withdrawing it is one way of signalling to your delegate that you disapprove of the way they're handling their position. Can I endorse more than one UN member at a time? Yes. In your region only, of course. How do I obtain endorsements? Varies from region to region. Some regions will make sure all UN members have at least two endorsements, so that they can submit proposals if they want to. Others put a limit on the number of endorsements you're allowed to have, so that you can't sneak into the delegacy. Others have a free-for-all. Some won't endorse newcomers until they get to know them a bit.The easiest way to find out is to ask on your Regional Message Board. You can TG your Delegate, too; most regard it as part of their job to help newcomers. If I do I understand that I gain more votes in UN Policy Referendums, possibly this allows me to put Proposals before the UN as well. See above.Thank you sincerely, Gooey Duck, PM of WetcornnuggetsYou're welcome. Have fun.
