I wasn't sure if this belonged here or in the UN forum...
When people come up with proposals, there is a spell-checker on the site that they should use before submitting a proposal. However, there are still plenty of proposals that have poor spelling in them (the one about "self-abause" comes to mind). Also, there are too many that have extremely poor grammar. I'm not talking about a mistake or two; I'm talking about proposals with run-ons, confusions such as "to/two/too" or "their/there/they're", etc.
Does a submitted proposal get posted automatically? Or is there someone who checks it over for spelling and grammar first?
If someone checks them over, why are they doing such a bad job?
And if there isn't, I think there should be someone to do that. This could also prevent proposals that don't follow the rules of proposal-submitting.
