Help Me Please
My tax is at 47%. ANy idea how to make it go down quickly? :o
There is no way to make it go down really quickly, but the best advice is to try to pick the issue choices that will decrease spending. Some issues' choices will always increase spending, those you should dismiss. You might have to choose things you don't agree with. But don't feel that bad, at the moment I am at 91% and have been at 100% before.

There is one issue, Issue #24: "Budget Time: Accountants Excited" where your tax rate can go down. Mine came from 100% to 60% because I selected the fourth choice every time the issue appears. As for other issues, try not to select those options that would most probably need more budget.
Issue #135: "A Taxing Dilemma" may also have the same function.

Morrocs, check this (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/List_of_issues) out. It's a section of NSWiki where Mikitivity has been grouping issues according to their subject, and in some cases has included player speculation on what effect the issues have. But that's all it is, speculation, okay? Definitely not official.
Me, I don't read it; I'd rather guess ... and my economy's imploded, and my tax rate's 100% ...

Thanks for this - I've been meaning to ask the question for a while. I've 8 year olds working down mines in an effort to drive down my taxes.
