Folks;

I just downloaded the NS FootySim program to use for my own league in NS. How do you use this? I am having much trouble starting this.

Probably best bet is to come onto IRC or something... There's not much we can do without knowing exact details (And having access to the input file helps too)

type "/server irc.esper.net"
and then "/join #nssport"

In your IRC Client and you'll come to the IRC Channel where we can help you.
