You can have national languages and religion. Roleplay them, or put them in an NSWiki (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) entry or in a factbook in International Incidents.
(I can't help but feel, though, that if you follow through on your change-daily policy your people will have words with you.)
Although the game doesn't have any any provision for language, many people do RP their nation as having it's own language(s).
