Politicly Active Region?

Are their Any regions out there that focus on politics. Because I really like politics (Im a Political science major). I would like to find a region devoted to the intricate politics that nations deal with. Dose any one know of a region like this?
The capitalist pacific island is probably what you're looking for.

The Great alliance territories would be pleased to welcome a fellow diplomat. every nation in this region only engage in real politics. In fact in the past we've ejected nations for being one of those messer nations who aren't interested in politics unlike the rest of the nations in the great alliance territories. We hope you'll accept our region for those reasons.

Politics is a part of life like everything else, isn't it? War? Trade? Social interaction? All what makes up life. Thus you might be interested in the Asian Continent (http://www.nationstates.net/46298/page=display_region/region=asian_continent), as we have a little bit of everything. We're primarily a role-playing region.
We have an off-site board for the aforementioned RP and a regional map.
