How do you make a map for your country?
You use Paint or some other Graphics program, and draw it, then upload it to Photobucket, NSwiki, or whatever.
It's probably better to use a vector art program than an ordinary 'paint' program - I use DrawPlus, which I got for free at www.freeserifsoftware.com .
