To Whom It May Concern,
As I'm sure you're aware, over the past couple of years we've seen quite the massive increase in the production of Regions. As a result we are faced with a mounting physical and geographical issue- Where our countries are to be placed. In the face of a daunting amount of useless and rather empty regions I have separated a section of northwestern Washington from the rest of the world, to be used for any and all countries to use as they themselves see fit.
This new region, entitled 'Bellevue and Greater Eastside', is to not only serve as a wonderful region for any who may wish to join it, but all members are encouraged to post their views on the day's UN Resolution so that the Regional Delegate may better represent this new region. As with all past regions, this new region is to be a completely voluntary one. Please note that any hostile or inappropriate action will be dealt with swiftly.
Once again, the region is called:
Bellevue and Greater Eastside.
I thank you for your time and I hope you deeply consider a change of pace from a disconnected and dead Region, if such is the case.
