I'm coming out of hiding and need a place to relocate myself and my seven billion-odd citizens. I'm looking for a region that:
Is consistantly active
Has their own established forum
Has their own political guidlines
Is political but not too political (fun minus too much red tape)
Is roughly in the size of 50-70 nations
I will consider smaller regions if they look appealing.
