NationStates Jolt Archive

today I was hoping to adopt a puppet nation, but the nation who was giving them away appears to have gotten themselves deleted. I turn instead to the jolt forums, where over the years some have decided to give away nations on here. so I guess my question is .. does anyone have a nation that they are letting cease to exist? I would be happy to care for it, if thats the case.
