Hereby, I propose the first topic up for debate:
"Splinter Regions"
This means, once our population hits a certain number, we'll have certain trusted nations set up their own regions under individual themes, and start recruiting. All these regions remain allied and with each other and integral parts of The Revolutionary Alliance, with or without their members knowing. This would allow us to address a much broader spectrum of potential members.

Please share your opinion on this matter with all nations of TRA.

What is more, I hereby promote Andoarch to Inner Intel. Once this gets confirmed over tg, Andoarch is in charge of intel within TRA. This means, Andoarch will check on newcomers, do interrogation with anyome suspicious and will generally be sniffing about, asking questions. The nation of Andoarch is hereby exempted from rules governing privacy and clearance level of project planning within the TRA. Andoarch might ask any question (game-related) he wishes, and all nations are encouraged to give answers. Since our region has grown such a lot, I also open up an official intelligence agency (NOVA). Anyone interested, please sign up.

I think that that is a good idea, but would the splinter nations just stay allied, or would all their members eventually join TRA?

A set of splinter regions would be a good idea once we grow a little more. I hereby approve Shin Ra's decision to appoint Andoarch as Internal Intelligence Officer of TRA. One thing, Shin Ra, what does NOVA stand for?

This sort of material really belongs in your Regional Messageboard, and if it's going to grow, you should create offsite forums. In the meantime, it doesn't belong in NationStates.
