I can have my economy stats on my website updated automatically? Like something through XML and stuff, I'm not very good at XML but is there a way to do that, and if so, how?
I assume you're talking about the time it takes for the stance chosen on the issue to go into effect. This is just so everything works more smoothly. Ever 12 hours there's an update, which also gives you a little extra time to think about your decision. I've gone back and changed my stance on the issue a couple hours after I marked my first position. I'm pretty sure it's just more convenient, and I don't think the XML thing would work so great, but hey, what do I know, I'm not a big computer person, I just use them.
