Would you care to ally with a region called Northern Jupiter?
Its an alliance based on protection against invasion and colonization.
Care to join in the alliance. Your region will still keep its sovereignty. Nations within our regions could move freely between us.
Nations who want to move to Northern Jupiter or one of its allies can do so without prior notification of the allied regions.
OOPS forgot to give you some info on Northern Jupiter. Its a large region (larger than continental Eurasia) Similar to the archeo-continents like Pangea and Rodinia. Mostly rolling plains or steppes as they call them in Siberia. Large ancient forests. Extensive river and tributary network. Our region is physically divided North and South by a lofty network of longitudinal spanning mountain ranges and volcanic plateaus called the Jovian Highlands. The Northern lands are primarily cool and dry the winters are long and cold and the summers mild. After a eons of massive glaciation a myriad of freshwater bodies and rivers pockmark the Northern lands. The deep fertile soil attracts many agrarian nations. The South is much like Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent. It borders the large tempestuous Southern Ocean. The South climate is humid, wet near the coast, yet its primarily temperate in the interior. Deep freshwater rivers flowing southerly originating the Jovian Highlands feed the large populations along the coastline. The Southern lands are primarily a hotbed for high tech industries. The Northern lands provides huge amounts of raw materials such as ores, lumber, and crops.
