This question has been brought up alot. But it is very hard to say whether they are or not. I think there idea of getting rid of all of there members and getting new ones was a good idea. But this may make this region very unstable and easily invaded. But they have a well represented government and these nations will represent the region nicely. Trying to decided whether or not to join whether you should inveset in such a reformed unstable region? well you probaly should this region shows much potential. So dont find yourself stuck in a weak region while the BEASTLY STUDDS have a domination over the other regions
