The Non-Aligned States is in search for a region to merge with, to become unified as a single new region, not to submit itself to annexation and destruction.
We wish to become part of a foundation to a new region, a superior region, helping to make it better, not just through regional numbers, but through government restructure and forum revamp.
Considering the current state of our regional numbers we are willing to set forth with any region facing similar difficulties. We understand that there will be attachment to their forums, all the work used in the establishment of their government, all the frustration over come to make their system work, and look appealing to the eye; yet the reality is none of it matters if it is all to be in vain of collapse. Don't postpone the impending doom, make a decisive stance for survival.
If the NAS were to merge with a region we have a basic set of terms, which are to be flexable to a point:
1) Both regional names shall be dropped in order to form an all new region (name pending);
2) The NAS Forum (fully paid, manipulable, and dawned with a short, easy-to-remember domain name) will be stripped of all content and under the newly elected leadership reshaped into the regional forum;
3) Both regions shall work to write a new constitution, where each section will be individually voted upon by both regions;
4) Another election shall take place after the confirmation of the constitution and the new government shall reside as supreme.
