I'm from a relatively small region, and our regional delegate only has 3 endorsements. There are several others with three endorsements as well, and I've recently unendorsed the regional delegate, so at the next UN update, we will have a new delegate. But who? If it's tied, who gets it? Is it the one with the most regional influence?
