The Atlantic Island Chain (AIC) sends greeting to all nations, but most specially to the Elders (nations of >3 billion inhabitants).

Currently our largest member nation has 9.4 billion people and our smallest nation, 4.5 billion. As of today's date (10/April/07), the AIC region boasts a total of 43.016 billion inhabitants (an average national size of 7.17 billion people).
The AIC is not trying to increase its membership, but if you are an elder nation seeking a haven of continuity and safety, please know there is a place for you in the AIC to play the long game.
