I am new, and the FAQ dosn't help me much. Okay, here go's:
1. How do you start Warfare?
2. How do you get people to be your allies?
3. If you start a war, how is it done, and how do you win?
4. How do you create or change your location?
Many answers
1. You first ask somebody if they want to start a war, or go to war for something they said, it is RPed
2. Ask if you want, alliances are not very tight and there are usually only ones saying "you protect me I protect you" which are common in unions
3. Of course a bigger nation has a better chance of winning, but so long as neither godmod, you can take on larger nations than you and can win (unlikely though)
4. Forum location: go to User CP
Nation States: go to where it says "are you tired of *your region here*"
If you want somebody to RP with, I can either go to war (I am quite a bit bigger than you though) with you or ally with you. I generally only ally with corupt dictatorships as I am "Evil", I would suggest you do not be evil though, it is more fun but oyu always get your rump handed to you by the goody goodies.
