Salutations my fellow nations!

I bring you a large proposal. The issue is a newly discovered region! A massive landmass that has been charted and surveyed using advanced GPS systems. The region is due north and is rather extensive. Brazen trailblazers have named the region Northern Jupiter. Due to is northern location and its jovian size.

The region needs development and currently a joint economic commission formed by several countries residing in the region has been formed (NJEC). To encourage economic development of the region. Geologists using the latest surveying equipment via a network of satellites working in tandem with ground based equipment designed by Neotronics. Were able to map out vast deposits of Monzanite and Pitchblend in the northeast. Any nations who wants to extract these ores for nuclear weapons production or for peaceful means is encouraged to settle in Northern Jupiter. Currently the Uranex Mining Industries has bought tracts of land for mining in the northeast but production has yet to begin.
