You're allowed to do whatever you want on the internet, except if it's badmouthing bush or you're in China.

On a more serious note, you can make any video if you want, but if you want to tackle something more serious, I recommend NSwiki. (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page)

Why would you want to in the first place? A youtube video about something thats largely text based doesn't make much sense to me...

I'm not aware of any NationStates site policy that would prevent you from making a YouTube video about your nation. If another Mod is, they are welcome to chime in...
