Taijitu is named for the Taijitu symbol, more commonly known as the Yin-Yang.

Taijitu is a region with a wide array of websites including the:

Forum (http://forum.taijitu.org/)
Wiki (http://wiki.taijitu.org/)

Taijitu welcomes new members and offers help for new players, a democratic regional government, the Army, an active games section, and a large RolePlay section based off of the wonderful Taijitu map by St Oz.

Shame I hadn't heard of this sooner. The Taijitu of Efity (http://www.nationstates.net/27289/page=display_nation/nation=efity) has been named as such for some time now. I'll have to consider moving when I get the chance...

Well, a lot of us came from The Lexicon. But, now we've moved to Taijitu, and Taijitu rulez!

Why hello Goobergunchia, didn't notice you'd posted here.

Taijitu currently has no relationship with the Lexicon, except for historical in that most of our "old" members came from there.

Respected Elders of Taijitu, kindly restrain your neophytes. No more "Hi, hello!' or variants thereon, please.

You send them telegrams. Simply view their nation page and enter text into the form near the bottom of the page. Then send the message, and wait for the response.

You can greet them with any salutation that appeals to you, just don't do it here. Go to the Regional Message Board or their forum (link in their original post). Regional ads are okay here, but "Hi, hello" chit-chat is just spam.

The Understated Modesty of Flemingovia (elected 11 days ago) is listed as our delegate, yet we are being courted by another member nation, asking for an endorsement as delegate for an upcoming election. This does not seem consistent with an 11 day old appointment. Pls advise.

Taijitu's having elections. Click here to go their forum to find out what's happening. (http://forum.taijitu.org/elections/delegate-elections-october-2007-nominations/0/)

The Taijitu forum is the best place to ask questions, but the elected Delegate resigned before his term was up, and Flemingovia was his Vice-Delegate, so he took over. Normally our Delegate terms are quite a bit longer. :)
