don't think so. I'm not sure what the formula is for calculating rates, but I doubt name plays even the smallest role in it. Then again, I have not checked.

Edit: given that there is no official public variable (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/XML_feed) called "conversion rate", you're probably dealing with an invention of one of those 3rd party calculators. Given that, I don't have a clue what criteria they use. For all I know, it could be letter count.

I have 4 nations with the same currency and all 4 of them have different conversion rates.
