In my main page it says I've received two endorsements, what does that mean?

It means that two of the other nations in your region consider you to be a Good Egg. Collect enough endorsements and you would become your region's UN Delegate -- good luck in getting the 291 you would need to oust the Gatesville Princess of Nevadar!
Two endorsements is also the minimum required to allow you to submit proposals to the UN.
