how do i get a custom starting title

yeah, i just started, and i c ppl with cool begginings to the names of their nation. how do i get those custom titles, instead of the starting generic ones (like, ive seen "the nuke builders", the "hateful hated haters" etc (to name of few from the leaderboard).
You have to wait until your population reaches 500 million.
