I'm reasonably sure I've read this somewhere on the forums, just can't find the thread again as yet.:headbang: Where is the roleplay military design rule-of-thumb "1 division per 20-25 million population" stated? Also, would that rule extend equally to naval/air/missile groups of various types; thus allowing substitutions to figure your country's (VERY) rough-outline, all-arms force structure?
