Could someone please explain exactly what "autoscripted" telegrams is?

Can you put it in context?
I believe it's the TG equivalent of a form letter. For instance, within five minutes of creating a nation in NS, I got two TG suggesting I join various regions. I assume the senders were using bots of some sort to auto send a prewritten TG.

It's illegal to have scripts send telegrams on NS. Scarily, people *do* sit and watch the regional happenings in the pacifics and send telegrams based off of that. Which is why after a few minutes and your nation scrolling off the regional happenings, it's unlikely for you to get recruitment telegrams.

You mean nations can actually do that?
I don't know what you mean by "putting it in context". Could you explain?
